sometimes these people go outside to chill out and eat...or sometimes just loiterring around when there is some free time well thats all i can say...there is also a bunch of seagulls that you can find outside..

well  in this place some people also hang out here and chill out..maybe because this is some kind of nature sorrounding or something i dont know
